Refund Policy

Upon purchase of ToBu subscription under a new account, in the sole event of the customer not being satisfied by the services provided by ToBu, a full refund of the subscription charges can be claimed from ToBu. The customer will be required to fill up a short feedback form upon cancellation of service to avail of the refund. The claim has to be made within 30 days of the payment date by sending a mail to support@tobu.cloud.

The claim can be made only by first time users of the service and for their first payment made via credit card/ debit card/ netbanking services. No claim can be made on free user credits provided by ToBu under any circumstance be it referral based bonuses, new user credits etc.

In the event of breach of terms provided by ToBu, ToBu reserves the right to terminate the account without prior notification and without issuing any refunds
